Also, her teaching techniques are excellent which made it easy for us to understand the material. I am glad with all the new information that I learned on my first CPR certificate. Trisha was wonderful and made sure that we understood the content and was very helpful in answering any questions we had as well. This was my second class with them, and I knew I wanted to return because of the quality training I had received before and the reasonable prices. I took the class with Michael Rose the instructor and he was awesome. Not sure what the other bad reviews were saying this place was "sketchy?" I thought this place was fine, never felt uncomfortable at all. This class is to get you certified not to cater to what you feel a class should be. I was in and out in one day! I have learned so much from her during the class.( I had no idea about BLS prior today). She is very knowledgeable, a very sweet person. She also took her time to explain everything in details.
