The Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR, & AED training is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course. The training teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking, or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive. Students learn skills such as treating bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. 2-year Certification, Free CPR Shield with this class

What Does This Course Teach?

First aid basics, medical emergencies, Injury emergencies, Environmental emergencies, Perform high-quality CPR for an Adult CPR and AED use, Perform high-quality CPR for a Child and Infant with AED, give effective breaths using mouth-to-mouth or a mask for all age groups, describe when and how to help a choking adult / child / Infant.
